Ask Nora Community Care. Initiative was officially founded in 2025, but its roots were planted years earlier through consistent service, faith and community care. Founded by Nora and Tashika, both mothers and women of faith, this ministry grew out of lived experiences shaped by resilience.
As single mothers, we encountered seasons of hardship that revealed the power of community, testimony and faith. Through the support of family, friends and the church, we experienced restoration and hope. These moments, combined with years of volunteering in community kitchens, chuches and nonprofit-led outreach efforts, moved us to establish a ministry dedicated to serving others with compassion and dignity
Ask. Nora exists to extend the same care we received 1 and more - grounded in faith, strengthened by community and centered on love in action.
Our ministry is rooted in Scripture and guided by Christ’s example of service:
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2
“So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone.” — Galatians 6:10
We believe faith is lived out through service, generosity, and standing alongside those in need.

Our Mission — To provide faith-centered community care by supporting individuals and families through compassion, service and encouragement — meeting practical needs while nurturing hope and spiritual resilience.
